Crypto Trading Bot Developer
Custom cryptocurrency trading tools with exchange API adapters, market-data processing, paper execution and explicit exposure controls.
Define the market and contract model
Spot and derivatives systems require different portfolio models. A project brief should specify the exchange, instrument, settlement currency, contract quantity and permitted order types. Exchange access and account capabilities are confirmed before development; no exchange affiliation is implied.
Design for continuous operation
A continuously running bot needs supervised processes, reconnect handling and alerts when data or order state becomes uncertain. The system should preserve an audit trail across restarts and offer an operator-controlled pause. Secrets and withdrawal permissions should be kept outside trading logic.
Account for exchange-specific costs and risks
Derivatives research needs explicit funding, fee and margin assumptions. Liquidation and liquidity risks cannot be removed by a stop-loss setting. Paper execution is useful for operational checks but may not reproduce order-book depth, queue priority or market impact.
Potential project deliverables
- Exchange-specific market and order adapter
- Continuous market-data collection and monitoring
- Paper-execution and reconciliation workflow
- Exposure configuration and documented simulation assumptions
The final scope, timeline and cost follow a review of your requirements.
